Returns and Exchanges
We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service department within 7 days of receipt of the product, with the following exceptions and conditions:
* We cannot accept returns of bulk candy, personalized product or custom orders.
* We cannot accept returns of already opened products.
* Products received may not look exactly as they appear on the Site, and Bitterman Family Confections does not protect against such discrepancies.
Products damaged en route are the responsibility of the freight carrier, and customer claims for any products that arrive damaged must be made through the freight carrier.
We strive to ensure that all orders are correctly packaged and shipped; however, we recognize that errors do occur. If you receive your order and it contains items other than those reflected on your shipping invoice, please contact our customer service department through email at email@example.com, or by telephone at 1-800-53-CANDY (800-532-2639).
How to complete a return or exchange:
Prior to return sending any disputed products, please contact our customer service department through email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by telephone at 1-800-53-CANDY (800-532-2639) and we will provide instructions on where to send any approved product returns or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns/exchanges. Please use a responsible carrier for your return, one that can provide you with a tracking number. Bitterman Family Confections is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
We will return the product purchase amount in the manner in which you paid.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive and process your return or exchange.
